Integrity - Doing the Right Thing

By definition, integrity is doing the right thing in a reliable way. At Moderne we pride ourselves on keeping our word, delivering on promises and striving to deliver an experience that exceeds expectations. When we make a commitment, we take it very seriously and do what it takes to succeed for our clients and ourselves; we hold ourselves to the highest standard.


We pay attention to the environment. We recycle, we conserve energy, we use materials in our work that are “green” whenever possible. We adopt animals! We consider being good citizens of the world important in all of our decisions.

We’re focused, honest and candid in our communications with each other and our business partners. We give compliments when they’re earned and constructive feedback when appropriate. We take responsibility for our actions and our words. We respect ourselves and others.

We give the benefit of the doubt! And most often it works, because we continue to believe that there is good in everyone. Sure, we’ve been let down by businesses and people who don’t share our values: clients who don’t pay their bills after agreeing to, vendors who overpromise and underdeliver, people who see no harm in looking you in the eye and being less than truthful. But none of these diminish our manifesto, which simply stated is that we do the right thing whether anyone is looking or not.


Psychology Today says that “The good news about integrity is that we're not born with it—or without it—which means that it's a behavior-based virtue we can cultivate over time.” At Moderne we have a 30-year history of the cultivation of integrity, and we’re proud to continue the legend. We hope that the rest of mankind will at least consider joining us as we hope to make the world a better place than it was when we started. One simple step at a time - whether it’s an experiential program that gets results, a media placement campaign that exceeds target reach, or a sampling program that puts product into the hands of future consumers. We stand behind our work and our principles and hope that we continue to be blessed with business partners who believe in the same, both internal and external.

We may not be changing the world, but we believe we’re doing our part to contribute to a better place. We invite like-minded people to join us. Make integrity a way of life.
